[How To SIGN]
<Step 1>
1) Input "http://www.peaceisland.asia" at address window.
2) Search and visit "WAIS" or "세계섬학회" through Google, Naver, Daum etc.
<Step 2>
Click "GUEST BOOK" at the left upper part of WAIS.
<Step 3>
Contack "Guest Book" and Click "Write" at the right lower part.
<Step 4>
Input your items into red box(Country, Name, Password, Institution, E-mail).
You should input and memorize your password for its revision or deletion.
We want to summit it Congressmen, Congresswomen or Senators of the Congress Foriegn Affairs Committee.
So we recommend you write your items in English. (It is OK in your mother languagues.)
